When dropping off or picking up your child please remember to pull in from the north driveway and park so that 2 cars can fit side by side. (But please allow enough space for the gate to open.) Also our wonderful neighbors @ Fresh & Quick Catering allow us to use their lot however they do ask that you use the spaces facing Riverside Blvd and not along the building or the fence separating our properties. During their business hours please do not use Japanese Service Center's parking lot.
We remind families that the full month's tuition is due each month even if your child is away due to illness or vacation. Also a 30 day notice is required when removing your child from the program. Tuition is due on the first of each month. We do not bill you. If you are not going to be here on the first please leave your check before so it is not late. We will not deposit before the first. For our 1/2 day students please remember that tuition is based on days your child is scheduled to be here even if the school is closed or your child misses for vacation or illness. Thank you. The center closes at 6:00 pm. There is $1.00 per minute charge per child for late pickups. This fee is due at that time and is paid directly to the teacher.
Some meal reminders we serve breakfast until 8:15, morning snack (around 9:30-10:00), lunch at 11:30 and afternoon snack (about 3:30). As the temperature is warming up in the afternoons we ask parents to remember to check for coats and jackets, we are getting quite a collection. Please label all coats. We have some that are the same or look similar. Make sure all children have an extra set of clothes in his or her cubby. (More if potty training!) We don't want to have to call you if we need to change your child. Also if you would like sun screen applied to you child please leave a bottle with your child's teacher we will put it on in the afternoons.
